  • Train and mentor Client Representatives on marketing systems

  • Develop other leaders for the client by attending national conferences for leadership development and mentoring team members
  • Run client meetings as the lead representative of the Redis team, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met
  • All Directors start from entry-level positions and work their way up to achieve consistent results, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
