Alice Antunes grew up New Hampshire where she began her career in Sales at Essentials. At Essentials Alice built their business up to open two brick-and-mortar stores for local estheticians to have a place to shop for their clients. In that face-to-face setting, she saw a need for continuing education for professionals that received their licenses before the newer technologies. She then developed a Continuing Education Program to offer Esthetician Professionals additional certifications and training. Alice grew a passion for training and helping those around her. With her Master Esthetician Degree, she was able to then lead these classes and teach fellow estheticians new technology, new procedures, and products. After her success at Essentials, she decided to pursue a new opportunity at Redis Marketing. She started in the Entry Level Client Representative role where she learned more about in-store sales and marketing. She excelled quickly and was promoted within 3 weeks to her Corporate Trainer Role. Alice lead a team of 8 when she was promoted into the Hr Department and run the recruiting for Luis Santos. With many successes with her recruiting, Redis was able to expand into Columbia SC where she was promoted to Brand Manager for Redis Marketing. Alice’s passions include people, coaching, and training. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves to cook. The next goal she is looking to reach is to continue helping expand the business and learn something new each day. Her motto is that you should never stop learning because life will always teach you something new.
