Luis Santos was born in the state of Michoacan, Mexico. He is the oldest of five siblings and came to the United States with his family in 2004. With this major life transition, he faced many challenges such as a new language and adapting to a new culture. Although Luis faced challenges he always strives to be positive and keep pushing forward because you can only ask to be 1% better each day. This is where Luis’s passion started. His overall goal is to help inspire, mentor, and develop individuals to reach their personal and professional goals.

Growing up in the small town of Clemson SC, Luis always enjoyed sports, but the top ones for him would be Soccer and Football. In the world of soccer, he was able to work in a team and learn how to work with many individuals and learn how to coach and motivate his team players. This strengthened his passion for wanting to be the best leader he could possibly be.

This led to Luis enrolling and completing his Bachelor in Business Administration Magna Cum Laude at Southern Wesleyan University in 2017 making him the first in his family to be a college graduate.

In 2019 he started working in Charlotte NC for the Client Management Training Program which he completed successfully in 8 months. In this program, he started as a Client Representative and learned from the ground up how to successfully run a Marketing Firm for our client portfolio. Luis was then promoted to run a Market in Nashville, TN for our client Vivint Smart Home.

After successfully running the market, Covid- 19, unfortunately, struck the world and shut down our program Vivint Smart Home as they were not deemed “essential”. This brought Luis back to Charlotte, NC.

In 2020 Redis Marketing was able to sign exclusively one of our biggest clients, AT&T. Luis then moved to Wilmington, NC to help develop that market for AT&T. Luis successfully was able to coach and mentor a team to take over the Wilmington market in 9 months. This led Luis to the next market Columbia, SC. With great success here in Columbia, SC he was able to also expand into Florence SC and now is looking to develop these two teams to take charge of these markets so he can move on to his next endeavor.

Luis’s drive for success is rooted in his love for his family and wanting to financially secure them and his future family. He strives to be a great example for his younger siblings and shows that with hard work and a positive attitude, you can achieve great things.
